Kevin Farrell, AIA, NCARB, is an award-winning and published architect serving the greater San Diego area. Specializing in residential design, planning and indoor/outdoor concepts, Kevin brings over 35 years of trusted expertise.
Kevin offers a hands-on approach to each of his clients, providing exceptional counsel on the beginning to end planning, design and building process with his known creative approach. With a background in contracting and interior design experience, he works seamlessly with all partners throughout the project.
Kevin founded Farrell Design Associates in 1984, focusing on designing unique single-family homes for his clients. After earning his master’s degree in architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), Kevin apprenticed with world-renowned architects and artists including Frank Gehry, Thom Mayne, James Hubble, Mario Botta and Mario Campi.
Past projects include waterfront and estate properties in destinations from Malibu to Cabo San Lucas and La Jolla to the Florida Keys. Kevin is a licensed architect in California and nationally NCARB certified.
